Inspired by the archetypal wooden honey dipper, at certain angles the spaced profiles create a mesmerising moire pattern giving an inert object life. The layering creates a soft diffused horizontal light, whilst the open base a practical down light. This makes Dipper ideal above dining tables where both an ambient and direct light are desired.
